About this service
Executive Limos operates an internal dispatch automation system known as CrewWatch (Executive Limos Gmail Watcher). This system helps authorized company personnel manage transportation assignments and receive timely operational notifications.
CrewWatch is a private business tool. It is not a public application or customer messaging service.
Google Gmail access
With authorization from the connected Google account holder, CrewWatch uses the Gmail API's read-only permission to access business emails relevant to transportation dispatch.
Information processed may include email sender details, subject lines, message content, message identifiers, transportation vouchers, flight information, scheduled pickup times, cancellations, and crew changes.
CrewWatch does not use Gmail authorization to send, modify, or delete emails.
How information is used
CrewWatch processes relevant dispatch emails to identify new assignments, changes, cancellations, and other operational updates.
It may retain limited operational records to compare incoming messages with previous assignments, prevent duplicate notifications, and troubleshoot processing errors.
Important changes may be delivered through SMS to authorized Executive Limos personnel.
Data sharing and service providers
Executive Limos uses third-party infrastructure and processing providers to operate the service, including cloud hosting, automated message processing where applicable, and SMS delivery.
These providers may process information necessary to deliver the requested dispatch functionality.
Executive Limos does not sell Gmail data, share it with advertising companies, or use it for targeted advertising.
Data security and retention
Executive Limos seeks to restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers and uses appropriate safeguards to protect operational information.
Dispatch information is retained as needed for operational continuity, comparison of dispatch changes, duplicate prevention, security, and troubleshooting. Records are removed when no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Google API Limited Use
Executive Limos' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
The connected Google account holder may revoke CrewWatch's Gmail access through their Google Account security settings. Revoking authorization prevents further access through that authorization.
