Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional limo services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Only cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  3. If our limo service is unable to provide the service due to reasons beyond our control (such as severe weather conditions or vehicle breakdown), we will provide a full refund.

  4. No refunds will be provided for any additional fees incurred during the service (such as tolls or parking fees).

  5. A fee of $100.00 USD for each carpet or seat damaged and a $250.00 USD fee for any necessary deep cleaning.


To request a refund, please contact us by phone or email before 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time. Please include your name, booking reference number, and reason for requesting the refund. We will process your refund as soon as possible, but please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
